Pushing the Navu contact form fill details to Marketo does not depend on an integration. Instead, you must create a form in marketo with fields corresponding to the fields in the Navu contact form. This includes any additional fields you add to the Navu contact form. Once you have created the form in Marketo, go to Settings -> Sidebar -> Live agent chat in your Navu portal and scroll down to the Marketo settings to configure the settings needed on the Navu side.

The format of the Marketo instance URL is typically either https://yourMunchkinID.mktoweb.com or the custom domain you have set up for Marketo. For example,
https://123-AMC-456.mktoweb.com, or

The Marketo Form Field IDs are the Marketo SOAP API names for a field. Here is how to find them. First, in the Marketo form look for the field name in the Field: dropdown list.

Then, go to Admin and search for Field Management and export field names. Cross reference the Friendly label that corresponds to the Field: dropdown mentioned above with the SOAP API name for the same field. Enter the SOAP API name as the Field ID in the Navu portal.
