How is my price determined?
Your price is a flat monthly rate based on two factors: your average monthly site visitors and the volume of content Navu indexes. Enter your site's numbers in the calculator above to see your estimated price instantly.
Will my price change month to month?
No. Your price is fixed based on your estimated traffic and content at the time you sign up. Prices are reviewed approximately once per year, and you'll always receive advance notice before any change takes effect.
What happens if I have an unexpected traffic spike?
Nothing. Navu does not enforce usage caps or trigger automatic overages during traffic spikes. Your service continues uninterrupted. Unusual, sustained increases in traffic are discussed at your annual pricing review.
Does Navu count traffic across my entire site, even if AI isn't deployed everywhere?
Yes. Pricing is based on your total site traffic, not just the pages where Navu is active. This ensures your analytics and visitor journey data cover your entire audience, not a partial view.
Do I pay for all the content on my site?
No. You only pay for content you intentionally include in Navu's index. Boilerplate pages, legal notices, or anything you don't want the AI drawing from can be excluded and won't count toward your price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get 30 days completely free before your billing starts. No credit card required to begin. Cancel any time during the trial (or at any point after) with no penalty.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
None. There is no implementation fee, no onboarding charge, and no fees for additional users. The price you see in the calculator is all you'll pay.
Is there a discount for annual prepayment?
No. We don't offer discounts for annual prepayment or multi-year commitments. You pay monthly, and you can cancel anytime. We prefer to earn your business each month.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Multi-site bundles are not currently available. Each site is priced individually based on its traffic and content. If you manage many sites as an agency, our agency program may be the right fit.
